Located at Tuokexun County, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Peoples Republic of China, the China I-REC project delivers zero-emission renewable electricity to the Northwest China Power Grid. The project is registered to issue I-RECs under the I-REC standard and has also registered with the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM). The project consists of 33 wind turbines with a total capacity of 49.5 MW.
